Website functions

The site serves pages through Google Firebase Hosting. It contains no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, embedded social content, or scheduling service. Fonts and images are served with the website. Google receives connection information, including IP addresses, when providing hosting and the contact services described below.

An email link opens your email application. External websites, including LinkedIn, Intergraf, P-DRIVEN, and Crisis Architecture, are contacted only when you follow their links. Their respective providers are responsible for those websites.

Contact inquiries

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional organization, and message so I can respond to your inquiry. Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous authentication session when you submit the form; you do not need to register. Your inquiry is stored in Cloud Firestore in the United States (South Carolina, us-east1) and is accessible only to the authorized inbox account and the authorized processing script.

Google Apps Script checks for new inquiries approximately every five minutes. It emails the inquiry to rk@krintl.biz and sends a short acknowledgment to the email address you provided. Repeated acknowledgments to the same address are limited. The acknowledgment does not include your message. Replies are handled through Google Workspace email.

The website inbox is scheduled to delete messages after 90 days. Separate copies in email may be retained for ongoing correspondence or applicable recordkeeping obligations. Operational rate-limit records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. These cleanup tasks run with the processing script.

The website uses authentication tokens in memory during the open page session. The private inbox requires Google sign-in, where Google’s own authentication services and storage also apply. Form data is not saved in browser storage by the website. Contact data is not used for advertising or newsletters.

You can contact rk@krintl.biz to ask about an inquiry or request its deletion. Please do not include passwords or other access credentials in the form.

I use inquiry details to understand your request, communicate with you, and discuss a possible engagement. Where the GDPR applies, processing needed to take steps toward a contract at your request relies on Article 6(1)(b). Other professional correspondence, website operation, and abuse prevention rely on Article 6(1)(f), with the legitimate interests of responding to inquiries and providing a reliable website. Providing contact details is voluntary; I need an email address to respond.

The form does not make automated decisions about you or create marketing profiles.

Service providers and international processing

Google provides Firebase Hosting, Firestore, authentication, Apps Script, and Workspace email. The Firestore database is in the United States. This choice does not restrict all authentication, email, support, or operational processing to that location. Google’s services may process data in other countries, subject to the applicable service agreements and transfer safeguards.

Google documents its processing terms and international transfer arrangements in its Firebase privacy and security information. Authentication records are retained by Firebase until account deletion is initiated; they are separate from the 90-day inquiry retention described above. Google also retains certain connection and security logs under its service-specific policies.

Your privacy rights

Where applicable law provides these rights, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority. Contact rk@krintl.biz to exercise your rights or ask about the handling of your information.

These rights may be subject to legal conditions and recordkeeping requirements.
